The Aquasmart®
Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) System is a state of the art, energy
efficient purification system. It operates on the principle of
osmosis (diffusion) of water through a semi permeable membrane
through the sole use of ordinary water line pressure. It works
on normal water pressure of 40-85 PSI.

The purification
of water takes place in 6 different stages.
Stage 1: Sediment filter,
Stage 2: GAC, Stage 3: A 5 micron carbon block,

The Aquasmart® R.O. System purifies up to 18 gallons of water a
day. The storage tank has a capacity of 3.5 gallons. The special
storage tank has an automatic shut off valve, which will shut

upon the alkaline mineral content of the tap water and the
setting of the ionizer, the pH value of the alkaline water can
range from 8.5 to 10.5 The main alkaline minerals of tap water
are calcium and a small amount of magnesium. However there are
three disadvantages to a water ionizer. First, the very high
price. Second is the waiting period of one minute before
drinking. The last but not the least disadvantage is the
alkalinity won’t remain at the same high pH value. It gradually
goes back to the pH value of 7.2 range which is the same as the
tap water.
